Founder, Managing Partner

Michael Praggastis

Michael is the founder of White Cloud Properties and an accomplished real estate executive with over two decades of leadership experience driving business growth and investment performance.

Prior to founding White Cloud, Michael served as Executive Vice President at H.G. Fenton, a multibillion-dollar real estate owner, operator, and developer active in California and Texas. He led the acquisitions team of a $4 billion portfolio, sourcing and executing deals across industrial, retail, multifamily, and land assets. Michael developed and implemented a value-add strategy that resulted in $500 million in targeted acquisitions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of San Diego. Michael lives in San Diego and enjoys golfing and skiing with his wife and two children.

Greg Gershman

Greg brings over a decade of experience as a principal of a national brokerage firm. His move to principal investing builds on a successful career advising institutional clients, national and franchise tenants, and multigenerational family ownership groups.

Over his career, Greg has executed more than $1 billion in acquisitions, leasing, and development transactions. He is known for his integrity, deal-making acumen, and ability to navigate complex negotiations to successful outcomes. Greg has built a trusted network of relationships across the broker, landlord, tenant, and agency communities, making him an integral strategic collaborator for White Cloud’s growth and execution capabilities.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and son and fishing the local islands from their boat.

Jamie Miller

Jamie is a licensed architect and commercial real estate broker with over 25 years of experience in design, development, and place-making. He brings a strategic approach to blending architecture, hospitality, and long-term real estate value.

Jamie has led a wide range of projects across the U.S., including telecom hotels, coworking facilities, affordable multifamily housing, and large-scale master plans. He is the founder of HDG and has played a founding role in ventures such as Union Cowork, Alfabet Furniture, and Cartel Roasting Co., focusing on community-driven design and development.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Jamie attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he played collegiate basketball. He now lives with his son in Los Angeles and Encinitas, California.
